dont see how it could really effect those who dont host with blogger or use their toolbar, or run their sites as unlisted. I guess if you host with them and publish your sites as listed then you may have a problem, but most people are too fucking lazy to complain unless they can just click a button.

Idiot. You can remove the Blogger bar or use CSS tricks to disable the Flag button.
