There there would be the wave of "previous ownership" lawsuits, the inevitable blockages of everything adult by ISPs, common carriers, and the owners of various data interchanges. I can picture hosting companies getting their IP blocks dropped by christian owned service providers, who will just by accident happen to drop the routes randomly. I can see these hosting companies basically having to stop hosting any adult material in order to keep their non-adult customers in connectivity.
Every step of the way, .XXX facilitates denial of free speech, and as such, will easily be defeated if ever passed by ICANN. They are smart enough to know that they can't make it happen, so they will come up with another excuse to make it not happen.
If it does pass, you can expect the US government to also move against it.

RawAlex...hoping that US Govt jumps in to stop this....
Its not done YET....in Florida at Internext the .XXX group all had "shit eating grins" on there faces ...telling me "hey its a done deal..give up and deal with it" ...lol...my response was "its not over"....we won that battle..
I am not giving up dont get me wrong, i want to fight these guys all the way down to the end of the line, but they somehow pulled a Rabbit out of the hat and got it back up and running and people interested in it..
Its like a cold sore that wont go away, it needs to be stepped on until dead....but its being done all now behind closed doors and it would seem at this point not a thing can be done on our part...
I will tell you that we will use ever law and court to up hold our hard earned work and the theft of that if it comes down to that...all our legal guns are loaded ..so to speak and ready for a dog fight....
Just sucks ...it really does.....
