Now, I've got 2 small dogs (dachshunds) and I play rough with them. Though nothing like kicks to the head or anything  but they love to be smacked around. If you watch them play, they bite each others ears and pull them down the fucking hall way.

ah, i agree with the fact you can play rough with your dog, or that you can play alpha when it call for it, but if i ever saw someone kick his dog in the head i'd be extremely upset, and most likely, it wouldn't have anything to do with the authorities.
