No offense about where you worked. And I dont know WHEN you did that either, but you and I BOTH know that the labor laws in the US are amazingly stupid in a lot of areas.

no BS it has been awhile since i have slung dirt. but where i did it was in Virginia Beach and Jacksonville Florida. I always worked for smaller companies and have no idea what working for a big company was like but i know i burned up a lot of sweat getting paid nothing before i landed a factory job which was UAW and was exceedingly sweet. I'n not surprised that in a city like Miami or any really large metro area that it would be more expensive to hire legal workers by a long shot and they might even get those breaks and stuff you're talking about. But i never saw them LOL
