You must have worked in all the wrong places. And I was not specifically talking about construction, but I know the foreman of one of the larger crews in Miami. He says that the americans use the unions to get the breaks that they want, and push for more money, and they dont deserver it. He said that when they are behind on a deadline, he can always count on the immigrants to pick up the slack.
No offense about where you worked. And I dont know WHEN you did that either, but you and I BOTH know that the labor laws in the US are amazingly stupid in a lot of areas.
