agreed, but drug tests aren't going to stop that. there needs to be a comprehensive welfare reform movement. that program ABSOLUTELY must be there to help those who need it. they just need to figure out a better way to rid the system of abuse.

the only reason beer isn't illegal is because it is socially acceptable. but that is a whole other thread.
and you have a very skewed view of welfare. most people who recieve welfare are not too lazy to work, they just need some help when they are down on their luck. nothing wrong with that at all. that is why the system is there to being with.
and i still maintain that what people do behind closed doors is their own buisness as long as it doesn't effect their employer.

not all people have to pay for their drugs. many times they are offered for free at parties or from friends. ;)
