1. Legal american workers are union and demand more pay.
2. The company avoids the following expenses when they hire illegals:
- Don't pay health insurance
- Don't pay unemployment insurance
- Don't pay the 50% matching social security tax!
- Don't pay union wages.
The reason you don't see many Blacks or Whites is because there is too much money to be made without them.

When you are an actual labor employer like my fiance you would know the facts and not just speak like you know the truth.
The costs are not an issue, we offer health insurance, we pay social security tax, we pay workers comp. We pay wages on par and actually higher than union wages though unions can lick my ass during flu season.
American turn over is absurd, and if they do not quit in the first few days. They whine and complain and you have to force them to work. Turn your back for one second and they are taking a break.
