It is a fact that in many low paying jobs like construction laborer, or fast food; employers avoid hiring young Whites like the fucking plague!
The believe the young white will quit the job soon for something better where as the mexican will work it until they die.
So, it's not like Whites are not applying they just aint getting hired.
The construction companies spin a lie about lack of workers to keep their activity of cutting cost in effect.
1. Legal american workers are union and demand more pay.
2. The company avoids the following expenses when they hire illegals:
- Don't pay health insurance
- Don't pay unemployment insurance
- Don't pay the 50% matching social security tax!
- Don't pay union wages.
The reason you don't see many Blacks or Whites is because there is too much money to be made without them.
