epassport runs a CLEAN ship. They KNOW where the lines are and they do not cross them. I habe no worries about them - they are soid and in this game for the LONG run.

You sound confident Sleazy :-) Not sure where that is coming from when a quick check of Google clearly demonstrates Epass are indeed engaged in processing gaming funds. As far as US law is concerned, this is not a "clean" activity by a long shot - it's a criminal offense.
It would be nice to hear how "clean" Epass is from a representative of that company since they are handling the funds of webmasters - also would be interesting to have clarification regarding what protection is in place to secure these funds.
