    My epassport problem for the day

    I have been trying to log in to my account to make some purchases and am prompted by invalid user name or password and its telling me that the answer to my security question is incorrect.

    I say say this is bullshit. I have everything written down from the day we had to get help while having multiple problems trying to set up our account.
    I have called the toll free number and it rings busy every mother fucking time. Does anuone work there or do they just have one fucking phone line.

    It would sure be nice to get something accomplished without all this bullshit.

    Maybe Michael or Kyser can come in here and help me with this situation.

                          Yea, it is frustrating, especially when you need to get the transaction complete and move on to the next project. It just seems this always happens to me. Not just with epass, but with everything or it seems that way lately.

                                      Ok, this is just fucking great...... 11:39 was the last time I heard from Michael O.
                                      At this point I am losing my patience for this bullshit. Michael O,You have my email addy from my account name, you could post here if there were ICQ problems and obviously we are having problems communicating....... You cant get through to customer service because the fucking line is always busy. I would like to ask, what should I do next? Who should I contact?

                                                              OK, ICQ must be messing up I will get in touch with you tomorrow via email or you can shoot me a email...either way we will touch base. Thanks for replying. I am sure this is just a big mixup, but it has got me frustrated to say the least. All will be well tomorrow
