Same here. Not due to less traffic but n unusually high percentage of bank declined transactions, up to 70% (!). At first I had a theory that perhaps there is some peripheral pressure by the gov't to the certain banking institutions to decline adult (high risk) transactions. It doesn't make sense that decline percentage would be around 35% to over 60%.

However, the theory mentioned several posts above that people's cc's are maxed due to christmas bills makes clear sense. We shall see if the situation improves.
