From the footage they had (pictures of his torn wetsuit) it bit him across the back just below the shoulder blades, and i'm guessing the front in the same sort of area. So it's incredible he was able to poke it like he did!

I am watching an update on the news atm and they say he may be released from hospital today.
They also said the lead weight vest he was wearing helped and the Great White may have initially mistaken him for a seal and then spat him out because he tasted funny!
Also just found out he holds a black belt in Karate! I wouldn't wanna mess with him!
