Don't think I'll be coating my fish in it anytime soon, but it's apparently high in protein.

Most insects are very high in protein and other nutrients..still...no thank you. Although food shortages of the future might force more ppl to incorporate them into their diets

In a survival situation I would knowingly eat them. Rest of the time we eat pounds of them in our food each year, typically ground and mixed in alongside grains, nuts and the like. Sometimes whole though. lol enjoy
