Where to invest first in a solo model site?

I wouldn't buy traffic. I would learn how to develop some free traffic first. With limited experience (sorry, just guessing), buying traffic will be like playing with fire and you'll most likely burn your money.

Develop content (purchase new equipment, etc)
Have site designed
Get hosting
Setup site/processing
Send YOUR traffic
Tweak
Buy traffic

Thats what I would do.

Buying traffic is temporary. I'd use that money to build it on your own through affiliate type sites. Whether it's TGP, blogs, SEO, etc, I'd find a way to build up a steady amount of traffic on your own and using that to start the solo girl site.

I actually wanna work on a blog; how effective is that traffic wise? Also, which niches sells the most as sologirls? (besides big boobs, unfortunately im a medium sized )

Buying traffic is important when starting a new site, it not only sends traffic, but gives you exposure to webmasters who dont frequent the boards who may be interested in the site for submitting or just for use in their own tgps.

It is important to be careful so you dont go over your budget.

You're sexy as hell, I'll give you that. That said, I think your chunk of change might be best spent between a design ( or two ) and some marketing directed towards webmasters. Once webmasters start promoting you, the viral effect kicks in, assuming your site converts pretty well ( hence the suggestion to put some money into a good design ). Just my

marketing for sure, youre beautiful but without a proper plan its all gone in a few months, your cash too, make sure you dont overspend like drunk said on design ads traffic etc, pull up a spreadsheet see what you wanna spend where and even if you have 100k to spend dont go for a 10k site design or so.

Proper marketing, reasonable prices on design, content management etc and youre set to go

Don't forget to spend money on getting a webmaster program page designed, plus good gallery templates and banners, instead of buying traffic, put some FHGs online (many webmasters are lazy and don't want to make their own galleries) and maybe a blog others can syndicate with their affiliate ID included, RSS feeds are in big demand.

It's a great plus that you don't have to buy content, because it's probably the main reason why small paysites fail, since exclusive content costs alot. So, you "save" alot of money you can spend on affiliates.

If you have a great tour that converts and the right promo tools, you can attract alot of webmasters, maybe even some really big guys and start cashing $$$$$. Use CCBill, so people can easily add your site to their existing affiliate account and know they will get paid on time.

Webmasters are a bit like surfers: The easier it is for them to signup, the more tools you give them to save time, the more will signup.

Most important: Don't worry about your boobs, you are a really sexy lady and for sologirls breast size isn't everything, make sure to play the "virtual girlfriend" role well, answer your member mails, do regular blog posts, use a member forum for photo/video requests, do webmcam shows for members with a weekly shedule and they will stay ! Mail your former members, send them christmas and birthday ecards, etc.

get a shit load of content so you have updates until the cows come home, then you will be able to focus on the other parts of making your site successful.

I would start a teen blog... I would trade with a lot of other teen blogs and ask their webmasters if they want to promote the newest babe on the Internet. People like to promote new things so they will say, "Sure!"

Now you have yourself on a network of blogs... Next you are going to every review site known to man and giving them login and passwords to the members area of the site so they can review it.

After that you are going to every TGP that focuses on teens/babes and asking them to become affiliates... You might even ask a GFY'r how much it would cost for them to post your galleries to TGP's...

I really appreciate your input guys... Although, a teen blog? I wonder if I still fit in the teen niche. Im going on 26 and it seem like the teen solo girls have to look way younger. Im still wondering what kind of niche I should target traffic wise...

First thing I would not do is buy traffic. Test the waters first by generating your own traffic, once you find what traffic works with your site, then go out a buy a ton of it.

Besides content..you sure have that covered look into a great design. I highly recommend www.guaranteeddesigns.com and www.webinc.com.

You might also want to look into cascading billing, we thought nothing of it until we added NATS and used it's cascading feature. We gained about 30% in sales.
