Trump Wants To Deport Millions

President-elect Donald Trump may want to deport millions of undocumented criminals, but analysts say they exist mostly in his mind.

In an interview with CBS' "60 Minutes" that aired Sunday, Trump said his administration would expel or imprison some 2 million or 3 million undocumented immigrants with criminal convictions. But Trump's estimate greatly exaggerates the overall number of undocumented immigrants, experts say ― leaving them to wonder whether he's still embracing the idea of mass deportation on which he campaigned, or whether he's simply winging it at this point.

He's only been saying this exact thing for about 6 months now on the campaign trail.

First order on immigration... get rid of the felon illegals. MSM refused to talk about it because it didn't fit their agenda that trump wants to deport all illegals.

Deport all immigrants was a sound bite he used early in primary debates and rallies and he shifted from that stance a long time ago.

Normal people with the ability to use their noggin call it a strong stance on current immigration laws that evolved into an agenda that would work immediately.

Unless you employ a lot of people on low wages or rent homes in the slums, migrants are costing you money.

They take jobs from indigenous people, cost the country money in terms of extra welfare payments, extra spent on crime, healthcare, education, etc. And less taken in taxes.

The minority who would get a visa are not the problem if the Visa has proper rules like the Australian Points System.

Having so many loopholes in the deportation makes the job of deporting them harder, that's why the loopholes were created. Every illegal migrant is a criminal. Unless there's no law saying it's a crime to enter or stay in a country without documentation.

The problem is the minority benefit from mass migration, so the majority have no say.

Entering the US illegally is a crime.
For many illegal aliens that is the crime they are to be deported for.

You can't deport them to the country they entered from either -- you need to deport them to their country of origin.

I would guess most of these future deportees are working in the "cash economy" their jobs will have to be done by payroll workers. This is why Trump wants to remove the minimum federal wage and let the states deal with the issue. So, the "new jobs" made available replacing illegal labor will be very low wage jobs.

In the United States it is not a criminal act to overstay on a temporary visa. So those specific illegal aliens are not automatically criminals.
