Epoch is shaving sales definate fact.

I own an adult site with epoch as my merchant. One of my employees signed up with his own credit card to investigate shaving. The result was epoch showed a cancel on his credit card with "No Problem, Just moving on". He did not cancel his membership in anyway. He signed up with his own aol address was willing to pay the first month, and this happened. I advise everyone to do some research on this matter and search your sales either based on AOL.COM as the email, and thier cancel ratio. This is a serious problem and i need to know if i should take legal action against this. Any advice is welcome please let me know this is seriously very fucked up. Im not one to make false acusations, this is serious and i have proof that it was canceled for no reason.

    Thanks,

This shit doesn't surprise me one bit. A fuckload of sponsors, cc processors, etc.. are screwing people over right now. This is just another POS to add to the list of cons who fuck their customers.

Credit card processors do not shave.

Send me the member/order ID and let me look into this.

                      Then I will comment.

                        not responding

Not sure why they didn't respond. But after I said my sales volume I never heard back - what do they expect, 1M a month to be considered? LOL. not a fan of that at all.

No one in tech support (or anywhere else for that matter, including me) cares how much or how little your sales volume is relating to a question of any nature regarding our services. END OF STORY.

Nothing you've posted here adds up. Until I get an email from you with the member ID in question, I can't add anything furher than Epoch does not *shave* anyones sales, period.

I was not even referring to shaved hits and this is not my post. If you have taken a look at my post I was referring to not being responded to after someone at your company responded to my app and asked my sales volume and did not respond to me after such was told. I applied under AmateurCanada.com with my email [email protected]. I'm not here to bash, was stating a fact. I was actively seeking a good reputable processor and was told to speak to you guys.

To right me is very easy. END OF STORY.

My bad. Your nic was similar enough to the thread starter that I thought they were the same. The confusion was mine.

I'll ask someone from sales to contact you directly.

No problem - was weird why no one returned my email.. I applied twice and was responded by both times and never followed up on when all I want is to use another processor for when I install NATS. I got an email today.

                                  Take care.
