Panchodog..... WTF?

Even with 75% TGP and 25% SE traffic, surely your cute little sweethearts can do better than this? and these are uniques?

And why when I send in a support ticket asking that it be checked for errors, I get no return?

Surely something is wrong. I could stand outside the supermarket with a cardboard sign saying AndiPink.com and convert better than this.

The only sponsor I ever did this bad on was sunnydollars and that was mostly topsite traffic so go figure.

The thing with panchodog is that I used their gallery designs and got listed on TGP's that I almost always walk away with 2-3 sales.

and the no response. that hurt a bit.

Panchodog is top notch, and I'm sure there's an explanation. I would advise contacting them in person first to figure out what is/isn't happening.

They've got spots on my exit consoles and my ratios are pretty nice.

I just noticed an anomaly in their stats this week. I'm wondering if they didn't start counting hosted galleries as raws starting around the first.

That must have been because of the weekend or holiday. It rarely takes more than 24 hours for us to respond, and of course MUCH quicker, via ICQ, MSN, or PHONE.

I've seen some horrible stats this month too, programs that I'm doing 1:400 went to 0:6000

I'm also shocked that you did 0:3000 with sunnydollars, they're prob the only sponsors that is consistant throughout the year, and I'm at 1:250 with them on average

of course I only pronote 2-3 of their sites so i guess it depends on wich site you promote

IMO RR sucks. Persian Kitty is decent. I have around 600 SE hits from term "andipink"

Not to dish Persian, but we have seen that their traffic does not do the best with our sites. We are looking into that as it really does not make sense but I know we are not the only program to get odd ratios from certain types of traffic.

I was doing great with them, they were at one time my best sponsor... then suddenly the ratios went to shit.

I contacted webgurl and we went through a series of link changes and still to this dat I get shit... of course 99% of those links have been dropped since.

You really should contact someone there. I'm converting sub 1/390 this month and I have 404 traffic hitting her site.
If you or anyone ever has a problem contacting a specific rep at a program contact me, Phoenix, or another program rep, most of us can either direct you in the right direction to get your answers, or atleast take a look at your site and tell you what you're doing wrong.

Rico is a solid guy I'm sure he'll take care of you.

One thing I don't understand is the use of divx movies on the tours, why scare potentional sales away cause they can watch the movies?

Panchogod is one of hte best teen sponsors out there. I just looked at my stats over 2 years and Im still under 1:400. Clearly your traffic sucks ass. If you cant convert them then you need a lesson on teen traffic.

You started a thread saying "sponsors that will go out of their way for their affiliates".

How about, "affiliates that will go out of their way for their sponsors"? I mean Panchodog provides great tools (far more then most) great support and their sites convert... all you have done is talk shit on a and only sent 3000 plus clicks. haha

Bout time sponsors started canceling accounts of clueless webmasters.

Post your traffic sources I doubt you will. Just another shit talker.

Before everyone begins fighting in this thread, we are taking care of the issue.

Whenever ANY affiliate has a problem, we do our BEST to figure it out and help in any way we can.

Sometimes, (VERY SELDOM happens) there is nothing we can do.

Most of the time, there IS something we can do

So, let's see what happens guys, we're on it. No more bashing, noone benifits from that ;)

We appreciate everyone's loyalty, however, I'd rather not see anyone get beaten up in any thread regarding our program.

A few reasons WHY ratios COULD have bad moments:

1. Processors. At present, processors MUST scrub harder to prevent their 'clients' from being subject to fraud on many

different levels. This effects ratios of course, the days of scrub free sales are OVER. Ratios WILL be affected by this.

PanchoDog is working on this situation, hoping to target certain countries and monitor scrubbing, so in the very near

future, we can control this, allowing less declines and better ratios. At present, it will behave eradicly, as I am sure it

does with every other program out there.

2. Foreign traffic. There has been a huge flood of foreign traffic in the internet, within the last year, which is steadily

growing, mainly due to many countries recently offering broadband services that were not available before to:

- non credit card users with no REAL method of payment through the existing processors we use.

- credit card users that are blocked by existing processors who scrub too hard or ban those countries.

In addition, freesites, TGP's, etc are purchasing cheap foreign traffic to boost their trades. Clicks are not what they used

to be, and we're sure everyone can vouch for that. Not accusing any particular TGP's or freesites, but we KNOW it

happens.

3. Promotion. How are you promoting our sites? This is really important. Many hardcore TGP's will try to sell our sofcore

sites as hardcore sites, or simply put, hardcore traffic will convert MUCH worse towards softcore and nonnude sites, than

the reverse.

Also, saying things like " See Kristina take it up the ass" when she does nothing even remotely similar, will not work well

either.

There are many other things behind this as well, which we can help our affiliates with, if they contact us, and give us the

opportunity to analyze the situation and help correct, improve, or change things around, to better the outcome.

We would suggest that affiliates contact us, when clicks are in the 1500 range, as it is NOT normal to NOT get a sale

before then.

Our average, even with a few odd cases such as yourself, is 1:290 - which is quite good, considering.

Remember, hit us up anytime, with questions, comments, or the like.

My conversions have been very good with panchodog!
When these threads come up, I always look at see if anyhting has changed.
As you can see from my list they are one of the TOP Sponosrs this month.
