It would depend on the circumstances.. Don't forget, they are trying to bring in laws where if you fuck a girl when she is drunk, you can be sent down for rape.. That would make virtually every sexually activate man in the UK a rapist. Have you never met a girl in a club and taken her home? = rapist. Scares the shit out of me.. It will get to the point where we have to get girls to sign contracts with witnesses before we can take them to bed.
But REAL rape, then yeah, a Life license.. Not a life term.. I agree with.
