suprised at some of the comments in this thread.. i suppose at first glance it does appear this guy is a sicko and prob deserves most of the comments but lets look a bit closer at the story here..
When it first came out the girls older sister was originally charged with her murder, of attacking the younger sister , and earlier in the day attacking another man.
How can this possibly be.. in the second story it says another person in the house came in and saw the girl in the stepdads bed , then later 2 more people show up and see the girl supposedly in his bed , then call the ambulance and somehow the older sister is charged with murder ? with like 5 witnesses ?
If these cops are so incompetant they get the facts completely backwards the first time , why would anyone believe the second story , where were these witnesses when the sister was being charged with murder ? something sounds fishy here..
The story makes it sound like the guy was raping a dying girl , .. after the falls that caused her to die the older sister left to get help and came back several HOURS later and then after that THEN called an ambulance.. this doesnt sound like "blood gushing from head dying on the ground" this sounds like she got a rare conk on the head , she was high on valium weed and booze , so he prob thought she was passed out .. but i hgihgly doubt he had any idea she was dying or in trouble or anyone else in the house could have called the ambulance.. even if thats the case the guy is still a creepo but theres alot worse creepo's than that.. Imagine this is just some dude who jerked off on some passed out stepduaghter legs then she dies.. ( still deserves 9 years but cmon now thats a cakewalk compared to other stories )

It would depend on the circumstances.. Don't forget, they are trying to bring in laws where if you fuck a girl when she is drunk, you can be sent down for rape..
