I just went to the store and they refuse to let me buy scratch off tickets using my credit card. I thought it was a store rule or something. I asked the manager and he said its the new rule put out by the credit card companies.

First off a bank makes almost no money from people who pay their bills, regardless of how much they spend , likewise they make almost no money from people who dont pay any bills. Where they do make the most money is from people who like to spend more than they have , they pay their bills for a few months then fuck up pay a penalty and interest and THEN pay back their bills..
So get a new credit card rack up the bill , pay the minimum for 6 months , then default the 7th month , pay it all off in the 8th month , rack it all back up in the 9th month , forget to pay for a month or 2 then pay the penalty then pay it all off again , and watch how fast they call to increase your credit limit..
