The cigs I been getting shipped to me from NY been acting a lil funky. They are fresh and all that, but they seem to go out real easy. Have they altered the cigs there or something?

they are probably really fresh, i get that problem sometimes with new cartons....

I read something about this a few months ago ... they added area's in the Cig that go out if your not actively smoking them ... so if you sit it down for a few mins it will go out .... this is to help stop fires do to cigs being thrown on the floor or people falling asleep with them ....
I'm not a smoker so i don't know how it effects the Cig ... but it sounds like what your saying ..

Yes, they are the new smokes in NY been around a year or so. They suck. The ash falls off super easy, and if you dont huff on them they try to put themselves out. So crazy.. They are physically different in NY than other places, so it's not a freshness thing like you say, it's something the morons in Albany decided would prevent houses from burning down in NY state.
