Home at Last, Fucking Tooth Still Aching ...

Dentist at 8.30am tomorrow.....

And I CANNOT WAIT !!!!!

That's exactly how bad it is and exactly why I spent Internext in bed.

Alone.

At least now at home I am not in bed alone.

Thank God for small mercies.

And thank god for all of those who slipped me varying quantities of Vicodin, Xanax, Oxy and Perkies from Monday onwards.

Who would EVER believe at a webmaster show the ONLY drugs I would have would be painkillers and sleep enhancers (I do NOT do downers) and not ONE alcoholic drink in 4 days.

Truth is FAR stranger than fiction.

i don't understand - why would you spend 4 days in agony when you could have gone to a dentist in Las Vegas, there are even 24 hour emergency dental clinics in most cities, definitely would be in Vegas.

there isn't much worse than a bad toothache.

I moved my sites to Vacares Hosting. I've saved money, my hair is thicker, lost some weight too! Thanks Sly!

I did, in Seattle, and he told me even what he did would maybe not last, and it didn't. It needs an implant, pure and simple, and below-the-gumline infections will not stop until he "stumps it up", so to speak.

Some people like shitting in their own toilet, my mouth (teeth specifically) is a fuck job so I like my own dentist - simply seeing the guy in Seattle was a big stretch with problems like mine.

But you are certainly correct - debilitating is the word for the problems my teeth caused.

But goddamn, American painkillers vs Aussie lollies is the best way to put it.

For someone who does not like painkillers at the best of times, WOW !! They were as much of a trip as the pain ;-)

I feel like an addict coming down still.

I believe I have at least that left in front of me ... and about $50k or so ... until I can say they are "fixed".

The irony of boxing for 15 years, including 6 pro fights, football (the with and without helmet variety) for 20+ years and bouncing and security for 10 years and NEVER lossing, chipping, cracking or otherwise indecently dealing with ANY of my teeth, only to have my whole fucking mouth fall apart long after retirement from each, is not lost on me.

I endured a horrendous tooth ache while you were in bed in vegas...

Dentist wont call me back and Im stuck dealing with it...no vicodin or anything anymore.. Im taking these antibiotics so the swelling went down a little. I also sucked some of it out and relieved the pressure....blood and absess fluid came out. Disgusting.

Needless to say ...were in the same boat stuck in agony until our dentist will see us... Im just getting mine pulled...fuck it...then I have no teeth to worry about...the rest are in good condition.

I went to my doctor yesterday when I got back in country and he sent me for blood tests, and what Phoenix (Brad) said to me in Vegas was true - I have a blood infection also - obviously caused by 3 weeks on off-again-on-again gum infections from the broken tooth.

The Seattle dentist gave me antibiotoics, which did help, but they were of the "broad-spectrum" variety - my Doc has me on some volatile shit and I am already feeling the difference, so at least some symptoms are being dealt with - dentist tomorrow will deal with the "root" cause (pun definitely intended !).

This is just all an ongoing issue excaerbated by breaking a molar into 3 pieces on a candy cane the day before Christmas .... then self-removal of broken pieces because could not see a dentist before I flew out ...

I was already in the queue for 3 root canals and 2 crowns, so just adding this one to the long litany of mouth ills ....
