This is just all an ongoing issue excaerbated by breaking a molar into 3 pieces on a candy cane the day before Christmas .... then self-removal of broken pieces because could not see a dentist before I flew out ...

I was already in the queue for 3 root canals and 2 crowns, so just adding this one to the long litany of mouth ills ....
