Comparing our services to registerfly is classless to say the least and for you to come and support this action says just about as much.
I've already had to address this with your boss Monte when he had just about as much classs when he jumped into a thread were someone had an issue with one of their domains with us to promote his services.
You guys are all over every message board using the same behavior. How about you allow people to choose for themselves without you having to spam?
I know you guys have a good reputation so how about you let it stand on it's own without this sort of behavior.

Richardk, If you would, please take a glance over the response that you quoted... in no way did I disparage your services. There are a number of registrars that do an effective job, and if you check through ALL of my posts, you will see that I always try to emphasize the POSITIVES of using Moniker. NOT dragging down another registrar.
If a person has a bad opinion of Moniker, I always ask that person to contact me and let me know what happened or what is going on, so that I can fix the problem and address that clients specific needs.
DHB voiced his OPINION. I wasn't ENCOURAGING him to talk badly about NameCheap, but instead was trying to suppress the flaming that Madrox was giving him, find out what Madrox's issue was, and see if I could resolve the issue for him. DHB's opinion though, is his own... if you are expecting me to tell him "DON'T GIVE YOUR OPINION ABOUT OTHER REGISTRARS...ESPECIALLY IF IT MAKES THEM LOOK BAD!!", then I would respectfully recommend that you make those posts yourself... far be it from me to stand in the way of free speech.
Regarding the "spamming"... all of the crew at Moniker are on these forums often because we like to know what our clients and potential clients needs are, what their intrests are, and to provide solutions. "Spamming" implies that we are posting the same thread entry over and over and over again... which is something that I personally like to avoid. The good reputation that Moniker has is precisely because we listen to what clients and potential clients need. We make the time to answer the questions that people are asking, and I myself don't think that is "classless" behavior, but if you disagree, then I would welcome the chance to talk about it further.
