I missed about 6 months of issues during an address change. Emailed, called and some chick kept saying that she would update the address and send us back issues. Never happened but one day the magazine just started arriving again.

Sometimes the subscriptions do take a few months to kick in - Ive never heard one taking this long though - if anybody has problems just drop me an e-mail and I'll make sure its sent to the appropriate dept. Not my job - but I like to make sure that everyone who wants the mags is getting them.
