first of all...I have dealt with him before and hence I know what kind of work he does.. yes its top shelf. But never taken this long for a turn around time.
second of all.... its how you ask.. come on... you have no idea what was the tone or content of my messages to him.. so just assume its cordial.
again.. when you deal with ppl or customers.. you be surprise how far that a drop of acknowledgement goes.
thirdly.. he cant stand pressure?... please... its pressure that he creates by his own doing... people wouldnt be freaking out since the normal means of contact are all non responsive, or dried up. All it takes is a simple act of acknowledgement on his part.
