looking at the logs, I do see the brute-force ftp break-in from IP
68.106.4.103 (ip68-106-4-103.ph.ph.cox.net) we cant trust
the server as they could have done mostly anything and the server
should be totally re-installed. it is the only way to trust and secure
the server again and really needs to be done. if we dont do it, the
server is very much still at risk.
