put a good strong flashlight under questioned tit. point the light as if you were going to look straight through the titty with it, like an xray. now turn out the lights in the room. you will see the bag inside if there is one. btw this has been tested a many times.

Tity is adipose tissue, meaning it's fat-based and lighter than water.
So chuck the woman in a pool face-side down and if the tits ride up against her chest, they're real, if they point down, they're fake.
Not quite sure if this will work on photos though.
