                    If I had to guess, its always winter somewhere.. like right now its colder in other countries than the states, European countries, United States and Canada are the big porn buyers.. they make up most the sales.

                    So if its winter in China and everyones at home online, U.S traffic would be down but the other countries traffic would make up for it, and since they buy less ratio's get worse.

                            The adult industry does have a summer slow down. Not every webmaster feels the effects and not every source of traffic. But it does happen.

                            Over the next month we will start to see a steadiness in sales. A lot due to the part of college students heading back to the dorms, new students getting credit for the first time, and so on..

                            It does happen, we do have a summer slow down, but it?s not like the bottom falls out and joins stop. If you have bad ratios look at your traffic sources. Otherwise wait a few more weeks and see if your sales go up, an increase from 1:500 average to 1:450 average is an improvement.

                            If you average 1:500 out of 10,000 clicks a day over a month that is 600 sales vs 666 sales with 1:450. An extra $2k+ and an increase in average that you may not notice as a slow down or an increase.

                                                                                                                                                                                    Businesses experience many peaks and valleys throughout the year, and for a lot of businesses summer is one of those valleys due to the fact that people are travelling, for other businesses sales pick up due to the fact that people are travelling..but for the guy running the Inn at the hot vacation spot to say "there is no summer slow down," would be someone who is basing that opinion only on his results. Which would of course be a small sample.

                                                                                                                                                                                            I only noticed big slowdowns when something that freezes the planet in front on tvs happens.
