Really fat men can sweat off 6-10 pounds of water weight in one workout. But, they need to be REALLY large with lots of fat. That is the secret.

Really big fat guys can sweat off 3% of their weight in a workout without any trouble. Doing nothing but sweating can lighten their load 6 to 10 pounds.
it is impossible because he stated that he did absolutely nothing different in his daily routine or diet. that means that 35,000 calories have to be burned somehow or massive dehydration has to occur or both. he wasn't exercising.

a few cups of green tea a day does not have enough caffeine to cause any real dehydration... caffeine is only a very mild diuretic (sp?).

as a metabolic stimulant, its not only not very effective on its own, but the human body will start building a tolerance to caffeine in only days of consistent ingestion.

so saying "i did absolutely nothing different in my life and just drank a few cups of tea a day and lost 10 pounds in 8 days" is either not the complete story.. or its a fabrication.
