Actually, 10 pounds in 8 days isn't "impossible" because we don't know the starting weight of the claimant.
If the starting weight of the claimant was 110 pounds and he claims he lost 10 pounds in 8 days, we know it would not be possible. However, if the claimant is 340 pounds and loses 10 pounds in 8 days, well then, that seems (obviously) a very possible scenario.
Really fat men can sweat off 6-10 pounds of water weight in one workout. But, they need to be REALLY large with lots of fat. That is the secret.
Really big fat guys can sweat off 3% of their weight in a workout without any trouble. Doing nothing but sweating can lighten their load 6 to 10 pounds.
