Because it stands to reason that if too much attention gets brought to the mainstream regarding this, that ACACIA's STOCK will rise, being that investors might come under the belief that they have a chance to WIN big money from the porn industry, and therefore buy more shares of their stock, further fueling Acacia's financial ability to fight this in court a lot longer than they normally would.

EDIT: It's pretty clear that online porn doesn't have too much public support. Couldn't all the media attention backfire on us? Instead of drumming up support for the cause, it could empower Acacia by bringing it to the attention of investors who see potential in a company like this, and may have not known it existed before reading about it or seeing the article inspired by our efforts to bring this to the mainstream light.
