When I did quit a couple times ,I would sneak a drag and got dizzy spells but that was a few months into it..might as well join us smokers and light up

I quit cold Turkey Jan31 of this year.
I did have some light headedness after the first few days yes.
I think it was due to "real" oxygen getting to my brain.
took 2 weeks before the cravings went away but after that its all been good.
do expect severe mood changes and being a bitch
My wife actually went out and bought me cigarettes during the first 2 weeks
because I was such an asshole. Thankfully I did not smoke tho.

4 years of clean lungs this past weekend, and yep, I got the dizzy spells.
They'll pass.
I don't think the urge ever does though. Not entirely. The craving is still as strong for me. It's just not as frequent, or as long in duration.

I quit smoking when I got the flu I just had no desire to smoke it made me sick (i smoked for 2 years) weird way to quit but its true
