well... actually, i should clarify. caffeine is a diuretic which causes you to piss out water. caffeine is also a mild appetite suppressant which could potentially result in some reduction in total caloric intake. your body however, quickly adapts to the effects of caffeine (usually within a couple weeks)
saying "i did nothing different and lost 10 pounds in 8 days" is not possible unless it was from dehydration and suggesting it was fat is a silly suggestion as it does not explain how the 35,000 calories were burned.
