    to answer the first question why am i selling?
    well because i need a large chunk of change to pay for some of my childs medical bills.

    the ave traffic is around 100 uniques a day
    your next question is how is a site getting 100 uniques a day making so much money.....

    well the answer will not be revealed here, all i will say is the traffic source is the shit and goes with the site.
    the traffic is amazingly cheap.
    you will get the site and the traffic source upon payment

    the site has some decent seo done, and is not banned anywhere.

                                                                                                  last period would only be 2 weeks, payout is bi-weekly. the first 2 weeks of the month had only made $360, not enough for the payout so it carrys over, as for this month so far its up to $360 for period 1 and $540.00 for period 2 making a grant monthly total so far $900.00 , come on now you all know this shit, stop trying to look for reasons to bash the site, and grow up. and who ever made the post about free traffic......... since when is free traffic any good any how????? purchased traffic is way better and you know it. at least im giving the new owner the source of the traffic and not leaving them hanging to figure it out on thier own.

                                                                                                                          But yeah, as for the site... a site that makes $800-$1200 from bought traffic (regardless of if you're giving the source or not) is NOT worth one years income. Sites that sell for 1 years income have very steady traffic that can be proven before the sale goes through. There is no way to verify that all of the income in your Xpays stats are coming from this site, and there is no way to verify that your advertising cost is only 10%. In order for this sale to be credible you would have to have a stand up reputation. Can anyone vouche for you?

                                                                                                                          If not I would either lower your selling price to one or two months income, or start milking your traffic source for all that its worth.

                                                                                                                              oh shit, i understood u had meant that your net was 5-8% of gross income. i thought well thats possible bc Pay-Per-Click or banner advertising is very expensive for poor results these days.

                                                                                                                              i sincerely doubt u can get such a ROI with adult traffic, not impossible, but one chance on one million ;) i advertised heavily in different sectors adult and non-adult, and this ROI is very rare, i had it twice when i was using illegal tricks, bc otherwise its nearly impossible lol just my point of view. good luck.
