I'm sure you're joking ... but to clarify:
1) dmoz was getting links LONG before Google even cared about inbounds
2) Google doesn't apply the same filter to all sites. E.g. if you register a "poker" domain and get massive inbounds from bad neighbourhood sites immediately, you most likely will get flagged.
3) Blogspot features thousands of sub-domains so the inbound linking is spread out, not just to the main domain.
4) You may not have been flagged *yet* but that doesn't mean you won't be
