SIG TOO BIG! Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60. Let me repeat... A 120 x 60 button and no more that 3 lines of DEFAULT SIZE AND COLOR text. -

So, with a 22% stake, the guys who run iBill line their pockets from XTV/ITVN profits.Originally posted by FabianCYes IBD still has a small stakeSiglessComment

Lemme throw you a bone so you stop hating on all my threads...Originally posted by MacDaddyPlayaSo, with a 22% stake, the guys who run iBill line their pockets from XTV/ITVN profits.
A. It's less than 20%
B. They're not on our board
C. They're not part of our management team
D. We don't distribute dividends.
So you can figure out how much they'll be lining their pockets with. However, and to be fair to the guys at IBD, they bought IBILL in January. Any problems you had with IBILL before that doesn't have anything to do with IBD.
Regarding my other 'content' thread .. do you guys have exclusive content you want to add to our network? Send me an email and I'll provide the details to get the process rolling.
Everyone else, be sure to signup to XTV Cash and start making bank...

From what I saw, SEC Filing it is 22.2% ownership.
As for the ownership, please do not even go there. IBD and the rest of the crew that are now running the place are the same group that has been there. Contrary to the spin they are trying to put on it, the guys pulling the strings remains the same. There is no "new" ownership.
It is what it is, and like I said, I wish you the best Fabian. Just a lot of people got hurt real bad by the same guys who have a 22.0% stake in XTV/ITVN and people should know that.SiglessComment

If memory serves us correct, one Charles Prast claimed to be iBill CEO before IBD "took over". Your saying he has no involvement in XTV? How about Jason Galanis? Seems like he was in your booth at Internext last January. Please advise...Originally posted by FabianCLemme throw you a bone so you stop hating on all my threads...

It seems like all you guys want to hear is that XTV is IBILL or vice versa .. unfortunately it's not going to happen because it's not the case. Mr. Prast is ITVN's CEO .. He's not involved with IBD or IBILL anymore. Are most of you aware that Mr. Prast was also the CEO of Private Media Group? Does that mean that Private is also part of XTV, IBILL, or IBD? Nope. Again, YES IBD INVESTED INTO XTV but that's the extent. Everyone who doesn't understand this needs to give up the crack pipe .. you're becoming too paranoid.Originally posted by ivetIf memory serves us correct, one Charles Prast claimed to be iBill CEO before IBD "took over".
