Kyoto didnt exist and they were free to pollute and develop their economies. India is a developing country. Since they havent polluted anywhere near as much as the US, it should be their right to at least be able to play catch up, to match what the US has spewed, so that they may be able to develop their economies freely like the US did. Or would you prefer the US and other developed countries get preferrential treatment and tell the others to fuck off?
