What should I expect to pay for hosting with excellent tech service? Like table repairs and little stuff like that, and full service unix tech if needed? And you can get someone on the phone if needed, like 3 times a year.

I would pay more for a full service hosting, site5 got bought out by low quality garbage host who wants to lose all their customers.
