I understand that and am not cross with you. However, on the epassporte site it specifically says:
Email (Existing Account Holders): For security purposes, please login and send your message to the Account Holder Services Department via the Message Center.
I have sent several emails since my account was suspended and I wondered why those emails to support have not been answered.
