How would you react if your processor told you this:
reply from their payment department:
" I myself cannot explain the differences in the figures you have pointed out, I will forward your email to the "tech" department and have an answer for you when I can."
My question to people who read this and decide to reply intelligently:
If your new processor cant understand how one side of the sheet shows XXXX amount of sales, and the other side shows XX amount of net profits, And they openly admit that THERE IS A FUCK UP SOMEWHERE, and they have yet to fully investigate it and credit the account in a decent amount of time,and have yet to give you a valid explanation after a 2 week wait time frame....AND HAVE YET TO FUCKIN EMAIL YOU BACK JUST TO JERK YOUR DICK.....Should you be worried considering you just got fucked HARD by paymonde?
