I saw the Faces of Death video that contained the clip of people eating the monkey's brain. It was in a restaurant in some other country. It wasn't a professional movie clip, besides back then it would have been obvious if it were fake. Wikipedia isn't always right.

Don't know much about what's regarded as "credible" sources (hell, wikipedia's been regarded as credible enough for me to cite in over 8 college research papers to date), but the overwhelming consensus on the internet (via "google") seems to be that a good part of Faces of Death was faked.... with some sources supposedly quoting the creaters of the film.
