I think you'll find it's a secular state, the military has stepped in in the past to stop 'Muslimization' of the state.

1. You don't run a porn site in a country like Turkey
2. More webmasters in jail = less competition = Hurray!

Just follow the laws and you will be fine. And if the country has questionable laws then don't operate in that country at all. It's not much harder than that. In my view this is as big of a deal as someone getting busted for shooting a 17 year old, its your own goddamn fault.
