I really can't say enough about their support... when i transfered servers I gave them the info to my old server, and they switched it over... blogs, bbs's, everything worked great. I've tried doing the transfers myself before, never again. |
I've opened more tickets this weekend than for any other host. When I asked them to install WP for they told me "There is a $150 per hour charge of having any 3rd party software installed. Let us know if you wish to continue and we will proceed." Bah, they're not for me.
