I've been using webair for one of my main servers for a while... I've got nothing bad to say about them, their support has been awsome every time i've needed help installing scripts and I haven't noticed a minute of downtime.
To the question... why do I like webair?
I've tried quite a few hosts over the last 9 years or so, and the only two i've stuck with are webair and serverprovider. They both have great support, which is what it really comes down to. Mike and the other webair support guys have helped me out anytime i've ever had a problem installing stuff or fixing scripts (i know nothing about linux), and they send me nice xmas cards
I have to say the same thing about Sami and serverprovider... the guy answers his cell 24 hours a day and really goes above and beyond to make sure you're happy.
I would recommend both of these companies.
I'm not going to name any of the hosts i've had bad experiences with... only advice is stick with reputable managed hosting unless you know what you're doing. The super cheap deals look like a bargain, but you get what you pay for.
