HOUSTON -- A man died Monday morning after failing an attempt to climb one of Houston's tallest skyscrapers.

He was spotted shortly before 7 a.m. climbing the Williams Tower, 2800 Post Oak Blvd., in the Galleria area.

Investigators told News2Houston that the 20-year-old man was scaling the outside of the 64-story tower without using any safety lines.

I bet he was thinking as he was falling "Damn I wish I had worn a parashoot as backup just in case". Won't make that mistake again now will he.
