Ryan forced us to pay him nearly $2000 to deliver psds for design work we paid for over the last 5 years. I expected more from someone that I have done MANY personal favors for over the years. He says he doesn't need adult work anymore. That is good, because I won't be recommending Ryan's services again.

Holy shit just looking at his portfolio and its most of your sites. Not cool to make you pay $2000 for the psd's with the amount of work he seems to have done for you.

that would be like a photographer giving out their negatives ... it tends to be something done a lot in this industry because of how competitive designers are with each other, but its not common outside this biz ...I rarely give psd's unless by prior arrangement.

Yep, and now this guy is going around telling people he sent me these PSD's 3-4 times. He still hasnt finished the work he's been paid for and wont pick up his phone. He's about a week away from getting a call from our attorney. I'll glady spend more on legal fees bringing him to court than what we've paid him.
