I have only been to Arizona 1 time back in 1999. I almost bought a house then in Gilbert. Looking back i wish i would have. Im currently in CA but i have been looking in Az at new houses on different builders websites.
I noticed a city called Surprise where the houses are a bit cheaper then pretty much everywhere else in the phoenix area. Is this place a shithole or something? Anyone live there?
What are some good citys i should look at in the Phoenix area? Im looking for a 3500+ sqft house thats cheap
But i dont want to live in a city with only a single gas station and 1 local food mart if you know what i mean.
