as a matter a fact, i'll finally stop the gossips and i'll start to talk!
1. gambino is my very best friend and my ex roommate. i'll post his and mine picture together, and if anyone is really interested, he can contact me and i'll send him mine and his IDs, with his written testemony and his signature that we are not the same person. full stop!
2. i have never stollen anything, including so called "content", including beta-tester's (or "manca"). this was only an exerpt from his RSS feeds, which were syndicated. there was a proper linkback to the source URL, with the notice that that was a syndicated feed. as far as i know all RSS feeds around are public.
i (or anyone else hosting on my server(s)) have never ever syndicated a feed which source is different than sponsor's feeds made for this purpose. i'm sure the exerpts were syndicated automatically because there was a linkback on some of his pages (because the whole process is automated).
this is in no way different than any other "pingers" (content aggregators, including hahahahahahahahahaha and many many more).
3. i leased a server from split infinity and my friend is hosting his site there, so above mentioned site or all the texts and pictures is not my property. it's only hosted there. i took the action and these exerpts are removed.
anyone who's feeds are syndicated on any site hosted on my server(s) and he/she doesn't want to appear there, can contact me on ICQ#:53667259. i'll be glad to remove them.
4. i'll have to answer all the false accusations about me being anyone else. there were tons of these, where jealous people are accusing me of cheating, or anything else.
all i can say is that i have never had any problems with any affiliate programs. i'll make some respectable people talk in public about their oppinion about me. i think they are satisfied (just as i am) with the businness and the thousand of dollars earned (on both sides)! i have never missused a trademark or a copyright of anyone around.
5. i haven't posted in any of the contest threads for nearly a year!
6. very soon i'll show you some real proofs about real cheaters (php posting bots and stuff), and i'll start a real legal action (not only threats) against these false accusations. i'm sure you'll be very amused with the consequences. you can be sure i'll make them public!
7. btw, beta-tester (or Manca) introduced me to adult biz (though he is 6 years younger than me - i'm 25 at the moment). he has learned a lot of things (which he's doing now) from me, and this is his way to show some gratitude and respect!
we were friends, and his jealousy is the main reason for all the drama. this is all due to the fact that i was hanging and fooling around with his current girfriend, much before the time they started getting out. he knew that, but he was unable to suppress his hatred and started an argue, so we split. though we are not friends anymore, i have never ever told a bad word about him or his businness (i mind my own businness!)!
beta, one thumb rule: private things should be separated from the biz!
