DNA does not prove one innocent or guilty.
There was a case here recently in Phoenix where someone got off of death row because of the DNA. This waitress was raped and murdered in a bathroom where she worked - a nighclub if I recall. This guy was recently released from death row because his DNA didn't match the DNA in the sperm. That means it didn't stick his dick in her; It doesn't mean he didn't kill her. His finger prints were all over the bathroom - The woman's bathroom.
Then you have the OJ angle..... His DNA was everywhere, but he still got off. Go figure.
Nah, don't kill them. Let them go to prision for the rest of their lives. Let them get raped in the shower every day.
If anyone raped my wife or daughter, the last thing they would have to worry about would be going to prision. I'd kill them first.
