Thats cool, Anthony. $100/mo. in Fla. in summer? Holy crap. I spend that and I only get a couple of summer months per year, lol. I wanted to get a ceiling fan to move the air in my stairwell down or up as needed, but I can't really do the work since I rent. Plus I'd probably break my neck falling down a full flight of stairs,lol.
